Event Registration

By registering for an event through our website, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate and complete. UBG reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove registrations at its discretion.

Athletes are responsible for:

• Meeting all eligibility requirements
• Providing accurate weight and experience information
• Completing required medicals, waivers, and documentation
• Following all rules and regulations for the event

Payments & Refunds

Registration fees and ticket purchases are generally non-refundable unless an event is canceled by UBG.

In certain situations, credits or transfers may be issued at the discretion of UBG.

Matchmaking & Event Changes

UBG reserves the right to:

• Modify matchups
• Change event schedules
• Adjust bout orders
• Replace opponents
• Cancel bouts or divisions when necessary

Participation in an event is not guaranteed until officially confirmed by UBG.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number during registration or account creation, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to:

• Event registration confirmations
• Matchup notifications
• Event reminders
• Schedule changes
• Promotional event updates

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Media Release

By participating in UBG events, you grant UBG permission to use photos, videos, and event footage for promotional, marketing, social media, and broadcast purposes without compensation.

Code of Conduct

Participants, coaches, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally. UBG reserves the right to remove or ban individuals for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in combat sports and related activities involves inherent risks. By participating in UBG events, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

UBG, its staff, affiliates, venues, and partners shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in events or use of the website.

Website Usage

Users may not:

• Misuse the website
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Submit false information
• Interfere with platform operations

UBG reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
